The buyers fell in love with this classic Mission-style property, convinced that it could be brought back from gloomy disrepair to its classic, elegantly-rustic heritage. They hired the team at Maison, Inc. in Portland, Oregon to undertake the extensive renovation and re-furnishing. Featured on the cover of LUXE Magazine, Fall 2013 Issue.
Custom paired down sofas. In every room, Old California is blended with clean-lined luxury.
Existing cabinetry was given a fresh white coat. Hickory plank flooring provides a clean, graphic base. Warren Platner table, Norman Cherner chairs. Custom light fixture by Gearhart Ironwerks.
Openings enlarged and stucco half-walls replaced with iron railings overlooking the pool.
